I so appreciate you checking out my website and I hope you find some cool and interesting information you can use to take your own life to a new level.

See, I haven’t always been one that was into the whole “health and fitness” thing. Actually, quite the opposite.

I hated PE class and was never into sports.

My main food groups were junk food, processed food, fast food and the like.

I started drinking at age 11 (if you don’t count the sips on the parents’ drinks that started way earlier) and smoking at 13.

I was never obese, but I was overweight from pre-teen on up until my early 30’s.

Then, when my father, who was always obese, had to have a quintuple bypass surgery from years and years of not taking his health seriously, I flipped the switch inside me and made the choice to not ever put my two sons through the same ordeal that he put his kids through.

I quit drinking and smoking, began to eat healthier and workout, and lost weight. From there, I decided I needed to pay-it-forward and become a role model for others like me.

So, if you see yourself at all in my story, please feel free to reach out to me. My goal is to help and inspire as many others like me out there as I possibly can.
